LearnCodeNow, Inc. ("LearnCodeNow," "we," "our," or "us") provides an educational technology platform designed to help users learn to code, develop technical skills, and engage with interactive learning systems, AI mentoring, and future LearnCodeNow applications, devices, and software ecosystems.

We collect the following categories of information across our platforms:

LearnCodeNow does NOT collect or store:

• Credit card numbers
• Full billing addresses
• Bank information

All payments are processed by third-party processors (such as Stripe), and we only receive non-sensitive confirmation tokens.

• Provide access to lessons, certificates, and features
• Personalize the learning experience
• Improve lesson recommendations

LearnCodeNow uses Google Gemini API for some AI mentorship, analysis, content generation, code guidance, and adaptive learning features.

• Your AI interactions may be sent to Google's servers for processing
• We do not allow Google to use your data for training their models
• We do not send any payment data or highly sensitive personal data
• AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by the user

For users in the EU/EEA, we process data under:

• Contractual necessity (account creation, lessons, certificates)
• Legitimate interest (analytics, security, product improvement)
• Consent (cookies, newsletters, AI chat logs where required)
• Legal obligation (age verification for school accounts)
