By accessing or using the LearnCodeNow platform, mobile apps, APIs, AI mentorship systems, developer tools, or any future hardware/software products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you may not access or use LearnCodeNow.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others.
• You agree to notify LearnCodeNow immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• LearnCodeNow uses third-party authentication and secure session management through Supabase.

Users may not:

• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use AI tools to generate malware or harmful content
• Upload code or content that is illegal, hateful, or abusive
• Attempt to bypass Pro features without payment
• Interfere with LearnCodeNow servers, databases, or APIs
• Use the service for automated scraping or data extraction
• Misrepresent themselves or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these policies.

LearnCodeNow provides lessons, tutorials, certificates, explanations, and AI-generated assistance.

You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may contain inaccuracies
• Lesson content is provided "as-is"
• Certificates represent completion, not professional or academic credentialing
• You are responsible for verifying technical information before use in real projects

LearnCodeNow is not liable for any damages caused by misinterpreting lesson material or AI output.

LearnCodeNow uses Google Gemini API for:

• AI tutoring
• Code analysis/cleaning
• Explanations and guidance
• Adaptive lesson features

Future access to LearnCodeNow APIs or developer tools may be subject to:

• Rate limits
• API keys
• Additional terms
• Developer agreements
• Usage-based billing

We may revoke access to APIs that violate our policies.

These Terms apply to all current and future LearnCodeNow products, including:

• Mobile apps
• Desktop applications
• Cloud tools
• Custom hardware
• Operating systems
• IoT/connected devices
• Developer SDKs
• Extensions and app integrations

As LearnCodeNow expands, these Terms remain binding unless replaced by updated versions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse AI systems
• Attempt to defraud subscription systems
• Engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive activity
• Present a security risk

LearnCodeNow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free lessons or AI output
• Accuracy of technical explanations
• Future feature availability
• That certificates will carry academic or employer recognition

You use the platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnCodeNow and its founders, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Damages from incorrect code or AI output
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Personal or academic consequences from using our platform
• Third-party service outages (Stripe, Google, Supabase, Vercel, etc.)

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 6 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation
• Arbitration (if mutually agreed)
• Federal or Delaware state courts

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new "Effective Date."

Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
